Shannon Airport to meet your driver. A short drive will take
you to the quaint town of Adare, known for its thatched roof
cottages. Here you can enjoy a stroll around town and a chance
to indulge in your first Irish breakfast. Continuing south you
will visit Blarney Castle, where those energetic enough will
have an opportunity to climb the 104 steps to kiss the stone
and gain "the gift of the gab". Arrive at your luxurious
hotel in Cork with time to relax before enjoying a gourmet

Following
breakfast, visit the Ballymaloe Cookery School where you will
enjoy the exquisite gardens. Treat your creative side
to a taste of local Irish crafts at Stephen Pearce Pottery.
A suggested lunch venue is Farmgate Restaurant & Country
Store in Midleton followed by a tour of the Old Midleton
Distillery, culminating with a taste of Irish Whiskey.
Return to Hayfield Manor via the sights and sounds of the
English Market, a Victorian covered market in Cork City. The
evening is free to explore this vibrant city and dine in one
of the many traditional pubs or restaurants. Suggested dining

Today you will
journey to Kinsale, originally a medieval fishing port, now
known as the culinary capital of Ireland. Enjoy a historical
walking tour of this seafaring town followed by some free
time to enjoy a delicious tasting of the local cuisine. One
of the recommended lunch spots today is Fishy Fish Café,
considered by our resident gourmet as a must do when visiting
Kinsale. Following lunch, journey on to Killarney for a tour
of Muckross House & Gardens before arriving for hotel
check-in and time to explore this charming town with an ample
selection of casual to fine dining restaurants. Suggested

lunch stop today at the famous QC Seafood Bar & Restaurant.
Tonight, enjoy a gourmet dinner in your hotel, the experience

your driver/guide will take you to the dramatic Cliffs
of Moher, standing 700m above the Atlantic Ocean, it is
a source of natural beauty that has won the hearts of visitors
for years. Your journey today includes a scenic drive through
the Burren and a chance to stop for some local fare for a
relaxing lunch. The suggested venue today is the world renowned
Roadside Tavern, located in the village of Lisdoonvarna. Your
home tonight is Gregans Castle, a beautiful country house
with breathtaking views over the mystical Burren mountains
and legendary Galway Bay. Enjoy a delicious gourmet dinner

cave systems, the Ailwee Caves. The ancient Dolmen at

oldest perfumery, and perhaps sample some homemade goat cheese
