We Strongly Recommend Travel Insurance

THEN YOU ARE COVERED IF:
You or a traveling companion get sick before or during the trip.
You lose your baggage or your passport or documents are stolen.
You incur medical expenses on your trip.
You are in a foreign country and need medical assistance.

TOUR COST TRIP CANCELLATION & INTERRUPTION
Pays for financial losses you incur if you must cancel your tour or interrupt your travel because of an illness, injury or death of you, a family member or traveling companion.

$500 TRIP DELAY
Up to the maximum limit of coverage if the Insured’s trip is delayed for more than 12 hours for reasonable costs, additional expenses (meals & lodging) until travel becomes possible. The benefit is payable for only one delay for all Insureds.

$25,000 ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT
Coverage against injury or loss of life while traveling.

$10,000 MEDICAL EXPENSES
Pays accident, sickness and emergency dental expenses with no daily limits or deductibles.

$20,000 EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION
Pays expenses as directed by a doctor to the nearest medical facility.

$500 BAGGAGE & PERSONAL EFFECTS
Pays for items lost, stolen or broken on your trip

$100 BAGGAGE DELAY
Pays for the purchase of essential items if your bags are delayed for more than 24 hours.

WHEN ARE YOU COVERED:
1 - Trip cancellation insurance becomes effective on the date the premium is paid; all other insurance takes effect on the date and time the Insured starts the trip.
2 - All insurance shall terminate on the earlier of the following events:
(a) the date the trip is completed
(b) the scheduled Trip Completion Date
(c) the Insured’s arrival at the return destination on a round trip, or the destination on a one-way trip
(d) cancellation of the trip covered by the policy.
3 - The duration of coverage shall be extended under the following conditions: (a) the Insured’s entire trip is covered by the policy, and; (b) the Insured’s return is delayed by unforeseeable circumstances beyond his control.
4 - If insurance is purchased within 7 days of deposit the Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion will be waived. This is applicable to all coverages contained in the policy. The insured must be medically able to travel when you pay your premium.
